Return Policy

In case of purchasing products remotely (website or information center), the following return terms apply:

The consumer has the right to return the purchased product within 1 calendar day of receiving it, without giving any reason, if it does not correspond to the ordered product, based on prior written notification.

● Return request; detailed description of reason and photo image

● Order date;

● Date of receipt of order;

● Username;

● User address;

Fresh Flower will provide transportation of the returned product at its own expense.
